
DHARAMSHALA: Tibetan Entrepreneurship Development (TED), an initiative of the Department of Finance, began its marketing and outreach program from Dharamsala yesterday and expects to cover 10 major Tibetan Settlements in India in the next one week. The purpose of the visit is to create awareness about the various activities undertaken by the TED project to support Tibetan entrepreneurs.
The TED Program Officers will be travelling to Dharamshala, Samyeling in Delhi, Dickyi Larso and Lugsung Tibetan settlement in Bylakuppe, Rabgyaling in Hunsur, Kollegal Dhundenling, Bir Bhotsok, Chauntra and Mundgod Doeguling Tibetan settlements as part of the current outreach program. During the tour, the Program Officers will explain in detail the various support the TED program will provide to develop entrepreneurship in the Tibetan community and answer any queries the aspiring entrepreneurs have regarding the TED project.
