More than 200 participants joined the online workshop from all over Brazil.
Here are the details of the workshops including those underway:

Jeanne R. Pilli is a pharmaceutical-biochemist and interpreter for great meditation teachers. Certified to train teachers in the Cultivating Emotional Balance program in Brazil
Workshop Synopsis: The past few months have been challenging for all of us. Crises in different spheres of our society have been worrying us more and more. We have little control over external events and this can bring us great frustration and are not easy to deal with. Therefore, it is increasingly important to learn to recognize how we are feel and to seek the best way to act and react emotionally. In this online workshop we will talk about some of the principles of Cultivating Emotional Balance, a program created by B. Alan Wallace, Paul and Eve Ekman.
- Meditation and Mind Training: 4 days workshop every Wednesday from March 25 to April 10, 2020) (Underway)
- Cultivating the Qualities of the Heart as a Family: Strategies for meditating with our children, one day workshop on April 9, 2020.
These two workshops are being conducted by Valentin Conde, who holds a Master of Science in Religion with an emphasis in Buddhism from Fo Guang University in Taiwan. He has basic training in two meditation protocols from US universities (Cultivating Emotional Balance and Cognitively-Based Compassion Training) and staff of Tibet House Brasil.
Workshop Synopsis: Contemplative practices have been increasingly used and studied as human technologies of self-knowledge and conviviality. Meditation while training the mind is one of the most recognized and researched approaches. The objective of this program is to promote good reflections on this theme, creating interfaces with the practical component of meditation.
In this online workshop, we will explore concepts, practices and tools to cultivate the qualities of the heart and enable all of us to be agents of well-being in the family, including our children.
