Tibet Discussion at Harvard
Dharamsala 1 April 2005: According to information received from the International Campaign for Tibet, a panel discussion on “the United States and the Future of Tibet” will be held at the Harvard University on 8 April 2005.
Sponsored and organised by the Harvard Asia Centre, the discussion will be participated by former kalon Tsewang Choegyal Tethong, Professor Robert Thurman, professor of Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Studies, Columbia University, Congressman Tom Lantos of the 12th District of California, Arthur Holcombe, President of the Tibet Poverty Alleviation Fund and Associate, Fairbank Centre for East Asian Research.
John Kenneth Knaus, author of Orphans of the Cold War and Associate in Research, Fairbank Centre for East Asian Research, will moderate the discusiion.
