Dharamshala: The Tibet Advocacy Section of the Department of Information and International Relations, CTA began the first day of the two-day training on Advocacy and Communication training from 3-4 March at the Lhakpa Tsering hall, DIIR.
The training was facilitated by Kate Saunders, an author, writer/ researcher, journalist and communications professional with over 20 years of senior-level experience as a Tibet/China specialist.
Tenzin Lekshay, CTA Spokesperson and Additional Secretary for International Relations, introduced the trainer and the objective of the training.
Around 18 participants including staff from the Central Tibetan Administration and major NGOs took part in the two-day training.
