DHARAMSHALA: Department of Information and International Relations has been organising Community workshop on Umaylam for Tibetan youngsters, the sole purpose of the workshop is to spread awareness about the essence of the Middle Way Approach (Umaylam).

Community workshop on Umaylam is now being held at Sarah College dated from 7-9  of March 2016. A total number of 20 participants attended the workshop.

Mr. Dagpo Sonam Norbu the secretary of Department of Information and International Relations addressed the participants highlighting on the history, evolution and achievements of the Middle Way Approach (Umaylam). Furthermore, this was followed by a question answer session which enables to clarify many unanswered doubts and misunderstandings prevailing among the participants.

The workshop has been facilitated by Ms Kalden Tsomo, Mr Tenzin Jamchhen and Ms Tenzin Tashi.
