Washington DC: The Office of Tibet-DC will be participating as a convening partner in the upcoming International Religious Freedom Summit to be held between 13-15 July in Washington DC.
Hosted by former Ambassador for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback, the Summit’s purpose will be to “[Create] a powerful coalition of organizations that operate together for the cause of religious freedom around the world. Increasing the public awareness and political strength for the international religious freedom movement.”
As a convening partner, the Office of Tibet-DC will organize an hour-long side event on the religious persecution of Tibetans.
