Dharamshala: The Election Commissioner, Mr. Sonam Choephel Shosur will leave for an official tour to Australia from 3-15 September 2019. He will address the Tibetan people living in Melbourne, Sydney, New Castle and Canberra about the rules and regulations of the Tibetan election system with special reference to the amendment of the electoral system.
