Kasur Mr. Tashi Wangdu and Special Representative for Europe, Mr. Kelsang Gyaltsen gave a talk to the Tibetan civil servants as part of monthly talk series organised by Tibet Policy Institute on January 7, 2015. While Mr. Kelsang Gyaltsen gave a talk on the status of the Sino-Tibetan dialogue process, Mr. Tashi Wangdu spoke on his personal experience as a former civil servant of the Central Tibetan Administration.
