DHARAMSHALA: Mr. Penpa Tsering, Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will attend the 79th birthday celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Ladakh, on 6 July.
He will leave for Ladakh on 4 July through Jammu. He will return back to Dharamshala on 7 July.
