Dharamshala: Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile conducted a session on the Charter of Tibetans-in-Exile at the ongoing workshop for the newly recruited CTA staff at the Administrative Training and Welfare Society on 28 and 29 August 2019.
The Speaker elucidated the new recruits on all 11 chapters and 115 articles of Charter of Tibetans-in-Exile. He also spoke in-depth on the drafting of Charter of Tibetans-in Exile and amendments in the Charter.
The workshop is being organized for 45 days by the Public Service Commission.
