Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration.

Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration will leave Dharamshala for an official visit from 3 – 5 October 2021.

He will meet dignitaries from the embassies in New Delhi during the visit.
