Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration departs for Canada to attend the Halifax International Security Forum from 17-19 November where Sikyong will deliver a key-note address.

Following that, Sikyong is scheduled to visit Ottawa for four-day (20-23 November) engagements including public address to the Tibetan community in Ottawa. After Ottawa, Sikyong is set to depart for Minnesota in the U.S. where he will spend a day to address the Tibetan community.

On 26 November, Sikyong will depart for Barcelona for a two-day engagement from 27- 28 November. On the afternoon of 28 November, Sikyong is set to depart for Vienna where he will spend two days for official engagements. On 30 November, Sikyong is scheduled to depart for Paris for two-day engagements from 1-2 December. The following day, on 3 December, Sikyong will return to Delhi.
