Dharamshala: Following an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama at Tsuglakhang in the morning, senior Indian officials of the Kangra district administration visited the Central Tibetan Administration on Monday, 4 April. The officials include Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr Nipun Jindal, Superintendent of Police (SP) Dr. Kushal Chand Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Rahul Kumar, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Rohit Rathour, and AC to DC Dr Madan Kumar.
The delegation met Sikyong Penpa Tsering over a brief reception organised by the Kashag Secretariat. It was followed by visits to the Tibetan Parliamentary Secretariat, Tibet Museum, and the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA). The delegation of the local Indian officials was accompanied by their respective wives and by Kunga Tsering, Tibetan settlement officer of Kangra district.
