DHARAMSHALA: The second session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile will be held from Tuesday, 20 September to Thursday, 29 September 2016, according to a circular issued by the Tibetan parliamentary secretariat.
Members of the parliament are requested to register their attendance at the parliamentary secretariat on 19 September before 5:00 pm.
