Taking into account the benefits that successive trainings have had on both its in-service and aspiring staff, the 15th Kashag is pleased to announce its second pre-service training for individuals aspiring to join the Central Tibetan Administration. The 10-month pre-service training will begin from 3 July 2017 and will be held at College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarah. The training is funded by USAID.
Total seats available for the training are 30. The candidates will be recruited based on an entrance test.
For the convenience of the trainees, the 10-month training is divided into two parts: the first five-month of the training will be focused on proficiency training of Tibetan and English languages. The second five-month of the training will be focused on CTA related topics including Tibetan charter, CTA rules and regulations, etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant should not be above 35 years of age.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised university is required.
- Updated Green book and RC Copies of First, Second and Last page required.
- Birth certificate
All the documents must be duly attested by the local settlement officer or a CTA gazette officer (above the rank of joint secretary).
