Dharamshala: For the smooth functioning and management of the forthcoming Kalachakra teachings in Amravati, the organising committee led by the Norbulinka Institute have come up with a set of rules and strictures.
The rules require all the attendants to avoid selling and drinking alcohols, going out after 8 PM, eating and selling meat. The rules require that Tibetans don’t swim in the nearby Krishna River, which claimed a Tibetan life and not to use fire for cooking in the tent.
These rules were set up at a meeting in Amravati, which was attended by the representatives of the Norbulinka Institute, Secretaries of the Health and Religion and Culture Departments of the Central Tibetan Administration and the local authorities, according to the Department of Information and International Relations’ reporter in the place.
