
Ms Nangsa Chodon was appointed as the Representative at OOT South Africa on 2 April 2014. She was earlier the Secretary of the Tibetan Public Service Commission. She is one of the senior most Tibetan bureaucrats, having served in various capacities in the Central Tibetan Adminsitration. She is also a Fulbright scholar.
Ms Tenzin Dhardon Sharling was born in the year 1981. She is an alumnus of SOS TCV Bylakuppe and has a degree in MA Journalism from Chennai. She attained another MA degree from the United Kingdom. From 2009, she served as a central executive member of Tibetan Women’s Association and from 2009; she was the chair of International Tibet Network. She was a member of the 15th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and was also elected to the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-exile with a massive margin.
Mr Kaydor Aukartsang is the former Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama at the Office of Tibet based in Washington DC since September 2013. Before taking up the post, Mr Aukatsang served as a Special Adviser to Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay, the democratically elected leader of the Tibetan people. Prior to that, Mr Aukartsang served as President of the Tibetan Association of Northern California; Development Director at the Natural Capital Institute; and Philanthropic Adviser with the Tides Foundation. Mr Kaydor Aukatsang holds BA degree from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, India, and MA degree in International Business and Politics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, Boston, USA.
