Dharamshala: The Public Service Commission announces vacancy of office Assistant post for the Nepal-based Tibetan applicants. Applicants are required to submit their online application forms by 5 p.m., on 30 April 2025. The examination will be held in both Tibetan and English languages, with written and oral tests. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% in the combined written and oral tests for each subject to pass.
Basic Eligibility Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with marks card from a recognised university, or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Public Service Commission.
- Must be between 18 and 42 years of age as of 30 April 30 2025.
- Must have paid Green Book dues without arrears
- Must possess valid legal residency documents.
Documents to be submitted with the application
- Photocopies of the first and second pages of the Green Book and the last page showing payment of all dues.
- Photocopy of legal birth certificate.
- Original medical certificate from a Department of Health hospital under the Tibetan Administration, or any recognised hospital, certifying that the applicant is free from chronic and infectious diseases and is physically fit. The certificate must have the applicant’s photo attached with the doctor’s official seal and signature.
- If currently employed in any sector, a no-objection certificate from the concerned supervisor.
- Original character certificate from the local Tibetan Settlement Officer.
- Photocopy of legal residency permit.
