DHARAMSHALA: The Social and Resource Development (SARD) of the Department of Finance organised a two-day comprehensive workshop for members of the Kashag and Secretaries of the Central Tibetan Administration at the Norbulingka Institute on 27 August.

Kalon Tripa Dr Lobsang Sangay, Kalons and Secretaries of various departments attended the workshop.

The workshop focused on strategic planning and development, SWOT analysis, identification of strategic issues, public policy formulation and implications of public policies on programme developments.

Resource persons during the workshop include Prof. Hitesh Bhatt of Institute of Rural Management Anand, and professional consultants  Ms Bhaswati Chakravarti and Mr Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, from Delhi.

The workshop was funded by the Norwegian Fund.
