The
Tibetan Demographic Survey 2009 had been successfully carried out in
India, Bhutan and Nepal, from 12th to 14th April 2009. However, owing
to the highly mobile and scattered nature of residences of many
Tibetans, it may be possible that quiet a few people had been missed
out in that enumeration. Keeping in view of that situation, the Office
of the Planning Commission is providing a special consideration for
enumeration such people.  Those people not already enumerated
and desiring to be enumerated so, are being notified and requested to
get themselves enumerated at the nearest one of the below mentioned
