Dharamshala: Following several days of rain and snow, the weather in Dharamshala finally gave way to a brief respite in the form of a bright sunshine on Tuesday, 25 January. His Holiness the Dalai Lama came out on the balcony of his official residence to bask in the sunlight and enjoy the majestic view of the snow covered peaks of the Dhauladhar mountain range.
