Dharamshala: Parliamentarian Lopon Thupten Gyaltsen, representing the Standing Committee of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, is scheduled to attend the inaugural ceremony of the 24th meeting of the Dhokham Chushi Gangdrug on 11 March 2026 in Delhi.

The parliamentarian will arrive in Delhi tomorrow and attend the event the following day.
