Dharamshala: Kalon Ven Karma Gelek Yuthok, Department of Religion and Culture, CTA gave an expert talk on the Basic Education Policy for Tibetans in Exile for mentors of the Basic Education Policy of various Tibetan schools and education officers today at the Sarah College.

Director Namgyal Yemphel, Sambhota Tibetan Schools Society attended the talk.

The expert talk is part of a two-day Mentor workshop on Basic Education Policy for Tibetans in Exile being at Sarah from 17 to 18 September.

Kalon Ven Karma Gelek Yuthok spoke extensively on ‘the meaning of education’ and ‘sources of learning’ as underlined in the Tibetan Basic Education Policy.
