Mandi: On 7 March 2026, the Mandi Tibetan Settlement Officer, Jamyang Dolma, along with the ITFA Mandi General Secretary, Dinesh Kumar, paid a courtesy call on Shri Vinot Kumar, the newly appointed Superintendent of Police (SP) of Mandi on behalf of the Tibetan community under the jurisdiction Mandi Tibetan Settlement Office.

As a mark of respect and appreciation, Shri Vinot Kumar was felicitated with a traditional white scarf (Khatag), souvenirs and a copy of the book Voice for the Voiceless by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

During the courtesy call, the visiting delegation conveyed their immense appreciation and gratitude to him and the concerned departments for their timely assistance and support towards the Tibetan community.
