DHARAMSHALA: Following the success of its earlier initiative of providing training to new recruits of Tibetan civil service, the Kashag has announced a similar training for aspiring Tibetan civil servants and invited applications for the same.
Thirty candidates will be recruited from the total applicants following a screening test. The selected candidates will be given a six-month training at the College for Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarha near Dharamshala. It will last for six months beginning from November 2016. The funding for the training is being provided by USAID.

Eligibility and documents required: (Original certificates must be presented during document verification)
- Should be less than 35 years of age.
- Minimum BA degree or equivalent from a recognised University
- Updated Tibetan Green Book ( till 31 March 2016)
- Updated Tibetan Registration Certificate ( RC)
- Birth Certificate
All the documents must be duly attested by the local Tibetan settlement officer or a gazetted CTA officer above the rank of joint secretary and submitted before 05:00 pm, 8 October 2016 to the following address:
