Kalon Tripa to meet Chinese Intellectuals in New Delhi [Wednesday, 19 August 2009, 11:38 a.m.]

Dharamshala: Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche will be leaving for a week-long official visit to New Delhi and Lucknow from 21 August. In the afternoon of 24 August, Kalon Tripa will meet a group of US-based Chinese intellectuals at the India International Centre in New Delhi, the capital city of India. He will also meet with Indian government officials.Kalon Tripa will attend the general body meeting of the  Coomaraswamy Centre for Traditional Studies in Lucknow on 22 and 23 August. He will also attend a writers’ meeting of theCentre.Kalon Tripa will attend a conference on Tibet issue in New Delhi on 27 August.He will return to Dharamshala on 28 August.
