Kalon Tripa to launch campaign of Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch

Dharamshala: Following the launch of “2007: Year of Intensive Support for Tibetan Cause” by the Core Group for Tibetan Cause on Saturday, 27 January in New Delhi (see article), the city’s Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch will formally launch its programme of activities related to the campaign on Monday, 29 January at a function, which will have Kalon Tripa Samdhong Rinpoche as the chief guest.

On the same day, before attending the function in New Delhi, Kalon Tripa is expected to give a talk on “Non-violence and Conflict Resolution in the Contemporary World” to the members of the Gujarat-chapter of Sarvodaya International Trust in Ahmedabad. On his way back, Kalon Tripa is expected to attend the Martyr’s Day observed by the followers of Mahatma Gandhi in Panipat on Tuesday, 30 January.
