DHARAMSHALA: Kalon Pema Chhinjor of Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration will attend the 79th birthday celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Ladakh on 6 July. He will be attending the celebration on behalf of the 14th Kashag, the Department of Religion and Culture said in a statement.

Kalon Pema Chhinjor will also meet various Trulkus and high lamas during his three-day visit to Ladakh. He will be back in Dharamshala on 7 July.
