DHARAMSHALA: Kalon Pema Chhinjor of the Department of Religion and Culture, Central Tibetan Administration left Dharamshala on an 18-day European tour from 2 July to 20 July.

Kalon Pema Chinjor will visit Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Austria. He will attend the 77th birthday celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Switzerland and will meet with various members of the Swiss Parliament and Tibet support groups.

He will also meet with the local Tibetan community members and visit the different Tibetan monasteries and Dharma centres present in these European countries.

Kalon Pema Chinjor will be back in Dharamshala on 20 July 2012.
