Dharamshala: On the last leg of her official engagements in South India, Kalon(Minister) Norzin Dolma of the Department of Information and International Relations-CTA paid a courtesy call on the present pontiff, H.H. The Jagadguru Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji, the 24th Peethadhipathi of Jagadguru Sri Veerasimhasana Mahasamsthana Math, Suttur, and President of JSS Mahavidyapeetha earlier this morning at Suttur Mutt in Chamundi Hill, Mysuru, Karnataka, India on 21 May 2023.
Kalon also met Sri Rajendra Swami Ji of Jagadguru Sri Veerasimhasana Mahasamsthana Math, successor of the current Pontiff.
Kalon Norzin Dolma, among other matters, shared about her 3-day official engagements in Bengaluru and Mysore. Swami ji extended invitation for future speaking engagement on Tibet advocacy at his Educational Institutions.
In addition, Kalon also met with Smt. Sumalata Ambarish, Member of Parliament, BJP Karnataka & actress and discussed future collaborations concerning Tibet Awareness program.
After successfully wrapping up her official visitations in South India, Kalon Norzin Dolma departed this afternoon via Delhi to Dharamshala.
