DHARAMSHAA: The Central University of Himachal Pradesh in the northern India honoured Tibet’s spiritual leader, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, with an honorary Degree of Doctor of Philosophy on His Holiness the Dalai Lama at its first convocation ceremony, at Shahpur near Dharamsala, on 28 February 2013.
