DHARAMSHALA: Eighteen Indian Administrative Service (IAS) aspirants visited the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile on an educational tour on Sunday. The Administrative Office of Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh, organised this visit.

Mr. Penpa Tsering, Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-In-Exile, received the trainees at the Tibetan parliament building. During their meeting, he explained the structure of the Central Tibetan Administration particularly the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile and its proceedings.

The brief talk was followed by a question and answer session.
