DHARAMSHALA: Ms. Dolma Gyari, Kalon for the Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration, offered Tibetan New Year (Losar) greetings to Mr. Virbhadra Singh, Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, at Dharamshala yesterday. She was accompanied by Home Secretary Sonam Topgyal Khorlatsang.

Mr. G. S Bali, Minister of Transport, Food & Civil Supplies, and Ms. Vidya Stokes, Minister of Horticulture, were also present at the meeting.
