His Holiness to visit New Delhi and Japan

Dharamshala: His Holiness the Dalai Lama left Dharamshala this morning for a visit to New Delhi and Japan.
Later this afternoon, His Holiness will address at a non-governmental ‘Annual Health Summit’ at Hyatt International in New Delhi.
His Holiness will attend the inaugural ceremony of International Conference on Satyagraha organised by Jawaharlal Nehru University.
On 14 November, His Holiness will attend the enshrinement of the Buddha’s relics offered by different countries at an inauguration of Vishwa Shanti Stupa at the Indraprastha Park. His Holiness will deliver an address at the ceremony.
The president of India, Mrs Pratibha Patil is also expected to attend the ceremony and address the gathering.
Later in the evening, His Holiness will leave for Japan for a week-long program, including teachings and public lectures.
