Wouldn’t it be frustrating to get an overexposure or underexposure photograph that was taken in film camera? Gone are the days when we had to wait a day (or even more sometimes) to get photographs that need to be developed at the darkroom. With the introduction of smartphones and the boom in social media sites, the world has witnessed a transition in the art of photography.
The front and rear camera features in smartphones can procure good self-taken photography at a click. This self-taking photograph is a new addiction to youngsters and the word Selfie was coined in the English dictionary because of its popularity. Selfie was the Oxford Dictionary’s word of the year in 2013. Selfie is trending with the mobile apps like Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat, etc.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama, is one of the most loved and admired public figures and to top it all His Holiness is the most photographed personality and it doesn’t surprise us to see that His Holiness is also the selfie God King.
From Commoners to Celebrities to Journalists to even Patrol team, every one cherishes a selfie moment with His Holiness.
Hence, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama is the favourite of selfie lovers.
