His Holiness offers prayers for Tibetan Martyrs

Dharamshala: His Holiness the
Dalai Lama presided over a prayer congregation this morning at the
Tsuglakhang (main temple), to mark the completion of customary 49 days
of those people killed during peaceful protests in Tibet, since last
month.
Today’s prayer session, organised by the Tibetan Solidarity
Committee, was attended by thousands of people, including Tibetans and
people from all walks of life.
His Eminence Gyalwa Karmapa Rinpoche, officials of all the departments of the Central Tibetan Administration were also present.
HisHoliness the Dalai Lama, presides over a prayer session, in remembrance of all those people who lost their lives in the peaceful protests in Tibet. Also present on the occasion were Chief Justice Commissioner Namgyal Tsering, Speaker Karma Chophel and Kalon Tripa Samdhong Rinpoche.
