
DHARAMSHALA: Secretary Sonam Choephel Shosur of the Department of Health, Central Tibetan Administration is on an official visit to Tibetan settlements around Dehradun and Herbertpur from 31 July to 06 August. He will hold talks and awareness campaigns on the Middle Way Approach to the residents.
The Secretary held a talk on Middle Way Approach at Lingtsang and Haridwar on 1 and 2 August respectively. The talks began with a brief biography of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, highlighting the notable achievements in his life.
He also talked about the evolution of the Middle Way Approach of the Central Tibetan Administration and what it seeks to achieve. He said that the the Middle Way Approach is in tune with the reality of the current world situation and has garnered widespread international support.
The Health Secretary also visited Ngoenga school for children with special needs and Dekyiling hospital during his visit.
The next talk will be held in Nainital.
