DHARAMSHALA: Mr Sonam Choephel Shosur, Secretary of the Department of Health, visited Tibetans residing in and around Saharanpur near Dehradun, to raise awareness about the Middle Way Approach of the Central Tibetan Administration. He also visited TCV Selaqui to address Tibetan students about the policy.

During his visit, he highlighted the significant achievements of His Holiness of the Dalai Lama, the evolution of Tibetan democracy and the Middle Way Approach of the Central Tibetan Administration to resolve the issue of Tibet peacefully through dialogue.

Over 400 students and staff of TCV Selaqui as well as residents of Saharanpur came to listen to the secretary’s address.
