Paris: The 43rd Sakya Trizin Khondung Gyana Vajra Rinpoche, the head of Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism, bestowed teachings on Vajrakilaya Puja for the Tibetans and devotees in France at the Rigpa’s Lerab Ling Retreat Centre from 11 to 13 November 2022.

As requested by Sakya Tsechen Association, the Rinpoche presided over the three-day ceremony of the annual grand Vajrakilaya Drubchod and further conferred Vajrakilaya Empowerment on the final day that saw an attendance of about 550 devotees comprising both Tibetans and westerners.

The Bureau du Tibet in Paris, in coordination with the local Rigpa Buddhist Centre, received and saw off the visiting Rinpoche and his entourage at the airport.
