Washington DC: Four Tibetan youths based in North America who started the ‘Bodja Weekly News letter’ in January last year hosted an informal discussion meeting on Tibet which was participated by the Tibetan youth in the region. The meeting commemorating the one-year anniversary of Bodja was held at the Office of Tibet in Washington with an aim to familiarise the younger generation with the current status of Tibet and related information to foster a sense of nationalism in them.
Representative Dr Namgyal Choedup lauded their noble initiative and advised the Tibetan millennials to take up the responsibility for the preservation of national identity.
Tashi Jheshong, Tenzin Tsedup, Tenzin Yonten, and Tenzin Tsering are the four Tibetan youths who founded Bodja and within a year of its establishment, the initiative is gaining momentum and receiving huge appreciation from everyone.
