Dharamshala: Former Secretary Sonam Norbu Dagpo handed over the charge of International Relations to Information Secretary Tsewang Gyalpo Arya of the Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR).

Secretary Tsewang Gyalpo Arya will take over the charge as the interim Secretary until the new Secretary Karma Choeying assumes the office.

The handover over ceremony between the outgoing Secretary and the interim Secretary took place at DIIR in the presence of the official witness Secretary Karma Singey of the Department of Education and the staff of DIIR.

Secretary TG Arya succeeds Mr Sonam N Dagpo, former Secretary who has been appointed as the new Chief Justice Commissioner of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission on 23 September 2019.
