Dharamshala: Women’s Empowerment Desk under SARD, Department of Finance is recruiting a total of 18 field officers for a research study on the status of sexual and gender-based violence within Tibetan communities in India.

Nature of Work: Fieldwork and data collection
Duties and Responsibilities: The field officers will be responsible for conducting field surveys, gathering and recording data within the ten specified Tibetan settlements which includes monastic institutions. The work will require travelling in local areas. Training for conducting the survey will be provided remotely.
Required Qualifications: B.A, B.Com, B.Sc. Graduate or higher in any discipline preferably in the social science field. Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in Tibetan and English with good research and reporting skills and should be willing & able to travel. Previous experience in qualitative research or conducting surveys within communities will be desirable. Candidates interested or passionate about gender and related aspects are encouraged to apply.

- Attested copy of mark sheets and education certificates.
- Attested Copy of recommendation letter from settlement office.
Remuneration: Each field officer will be paid a sum of INR 12,000/- after their task. Travel expenses are paid separately.
