Dharamshala: Chaired by Speaker Pema Jungney, the eighth day of the ongoing general session of the 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile began with legislative procedure-Third reading and adoption.
Legislative amendments regarding medical facilities on
- Article 7 clause (iv) subclause (E) (F) of ‘The Rules and regulation for the salaries, perquisites, pensions and other entitlements of the Chief Justice Commissioner and the other two Justice Commissioners of the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission’
- Article 7 clause (iv) subclause (E) (F) of ‘Rules and regulation for the salaries, allowances and other entitlements of the Sikyong and the Ministers (Kalon)
- Article 5 clause (iv) subclause (E) (F) of ‘Rules and regulation for honorarium, daily allowances and other entitlement for the members of the Tibetan Parliament’
- Article 7 clause (iv) subclause (E) (F) of ‘Rules and regulation for the salaries, perquisites, pensions and other entitlements of the Chief Election Commissioner’
- Article 7 Clause (iv) subclause (E) (F) of ‘Rules and regulation for the salaries, perquisites, pensions and other entitlements of the Public Service Commissioner’
- Article 7 Clause (iv) subclause (E) (F) of ‘Rules and regulation for the salaries, perquisites, pensions and other entitlements of the Auditor General’ were passed unanimously and duly adopted in the house.
Thereafter, the discussion on the report of Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR) continued, Sikyong Dr. Lobsang Sangay, incumbent Kalon of Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR) provided requisite answers and clarifications to the questions raised by the Parliamentarians.
