Director of TANTIA-FNF meets with Finance Department Official

Dharamshala: A meeting between officials of Finance Department and Ms Saraswati, Director of TANTIA-FNF (Tamil Nadu Small and Tiny Industrial Association) was held on 26 September.
Present at the meeting were Kalon for Finance Department Lobsang Nyandak Zayul and staffs of Research and Policy Unit of the Finance Department.
The main agenda of the meeting was to explore avenues for the Finance Department to tie up with TANSTIA-FNF.
TANSTIA-FNF is an association between TANSTIA-FNF and Friedrich Nauman Foundation based in Germany.
During the meeting, Director of TANSTIA-FNF presented the objectives of the organisation and its strength and experiences in promoting small and tiny enterprises.
“From our part, we explained the structure and more particularly the roles of Research and Policy Unit of the Departmentâ€ÂÂÂ, says Choesang Tendar, the spokesperson of the Finance Department.
Besides, he said “we have not yet decided as to what kind of tie up we will have with TANSTIA-FNF but we will look more closely in the coming days and try to utilise their expertise in the fieldâ€ÂÂÂ.
