SEOUL: Ms Dicki Chhoyang, Kalon for the Department of Information and International Relations of the Central Tibetan Administration, joined the celebrations for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s birthday in Seoul, South Korea, on 4 July.
The event was organised by Tibet House Korea in Sejon Hall.
Over 550 people participated in the celebration. This marks the second year that His Holiness’s anniversary is observed in South Korea.
