Dharamshala: Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliment-in-exile, Gyari Dolma visited Maharashtra Dalit Sahitya Akademy, at Bhusawal, Jalgoan District in Maharashtra, India on 30 May on invitation by the Akademy. The Akademy is one of the Buddhist Association in Maharashtra.Deputy speaker was invited as the chief guest to inaugurate the 15th National Ambedkar Sahitya  Sammelan (literature Meeting) dedicated towards the celebration of Lord Buddha’s occasion and the birth anniversary of Dr. Bim Rao Ambedkar.During the event Deputy Speaker was awarded with the “Uttam Nagrik Puraskar”.The Maharashtra Dalit Sahitya Akademy also expressed their support for the cause of Tibet, which they appreciated as by the means of non-violence of Mahatma Gandhi.Deputy Speaker will return to office on 2 June.
