Dharamshala: Deputy Speaker Dolma Tsering Teykhang is scheduled to attend the Tibet Festival, ‘Spirit of Tibet: Celebrating Culture and Compassion’ in Delhi on 3 September 2024.

Followed by the enthronement ceremony of Jey Tsang Khentrul Tenzin Lodoe Thaye Rinpoche and the ceremony of his initiation into the path of dharma on 5 September 2024, at Sera Jey monastery in Bylakuppe, South India.

The Deputy Speaker will leave for Delhi on 3 September and attend the Tibet Festival there. She will leave for Bylakuppe via Bangalore on the next day and attend the enthronement ceremony of Jey Tsang Khentrul Tenzin Lodoe Thaye Rinpoche on 5 September, 2024.
