Bengaluru: The Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration organised a talk-series on introduction to Buddhist philosophy by Director of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA), Ven. Geshe Lhakdor, for Tibetan college students in Mysore and Bengaluru.
On 27 September, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor conducted a session on introduction to Buddhist philosophy, developing an attitude for a meaningful life, and improving Tibetan language for around 40 college students in Mysore. It was followed by a question-and-answer session.
The following day, he delivered a session on introduction to Buddhist philosophy to students at Snowland Gangchen Rigney School in Hunsur.
On the third day, he addressed the students of Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education (DLIHE) and Men-Tsee-Khang (Sowa-Rigpa) Medical College and Hospital at the conference hall of DLIHE. He held a Q&A after the talk. In the evening, he gave a talk to students at the Tibetan Youth Hostel in Bengaluru.
