Dharamshala: Due to the continuous increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in India, the Tibetans have reportedly faced serious distress both mentally and financially during this unprecedented period.

With the unwavering support from the sponsors, the Department of Home has successfully released its 2nd relief sponsorship fund to 780 destitute elders and 572 students across 39 Tibetan Settlements in India, Nepal and Bhutan.

This fund covers the period between 3-6 months. This would be a major relief to the beneficiaries in this difficult time. The details of the stipend distribution are as under:
