Dharamshala: The Department of Home has announced a lease opportunity for the newly constructed “Tara Kisan Villa” guest house and restaurant, managed by the ‘Organic Research and Training Centre’ (ORTC) in Lugsum Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement. The lease is open to both Tibetan individuals and organisations under a mutual agreement, with the facilities and leasing conditions outlined below.
